So guys I had a lazy workout today only 20 mins at the gym! Anyone know any exercises to do at home for tummy legs and arms?? Please help!!!
So had a really bad day today and feeling really upset…started really good today with a smoothie and chicken salad..then I got upset and ate a whole packet of chocolate and half a tub of pringles! Feel proper rubbish for ruining my good start…hope I can pull it back tomorrow
So deleted my facebook account cause if I’m honest I can’t be bothered reading about people I don’t care about id rather get a text than a facebook chat and Id rather see my friends than talk to them sitting at a computer :)

I just received an alarming message in my inbox on Facebook from a young girl who has been following my weight loss and Personal trainer blog.
“hi there :) I’m 11 stone, 154 pounds if I was to stop eating how long will it take if to lose about 4 or 5 stone?”
Can I just make it extremely clear for weight lost bloggers who are following me, at any point in the last two months I have not missed one of my 3 meals a day and your gonna do yourself more damage that good….just make sensible choices! I know it can be very frustrating not to be tiny overnight but the damage your gonna do to yourself in the long run is horrible so just make good choices and I try go to the gym every day even If it’s just a half hour….if you don’t have time or the money for the gym I’ve also invested in the Davina McCall workout range from Argos which fits in my room and is affordable.

Since my trainer weighed me on Tuesday I lost 10lbs!!! Which makes my total and when I started my food diary on the 4th of feb I’ve lost 2 stone! so please and proud of myself :) got to keep all my good hard work up
